New Delhi: The ceasefire agreed upon by Israel and Hamas to bring a halt to the fighting in Gaza came into effect on Sunday, almost after two hours of delay. It was delayed as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu insisted upon the names of the hostages.
