New Delhi: Days after India blamed the Pakistan-based terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba and its proxies for carrying out the Pahalgam attack, Islamabad accused New Delhi of orchestrating a terror network inside its borders. Islamabad’s rhetoric comes amid escalating tensions as the international community continues to condemn the recent Pahalgam terror attack in India.
At least 26 people were killed when terrorists opened fire on unsuspecting tourists in Baisaran meadows in Pahalgam.
DG ISPR Lt Gen Chaudhary did a presser on April 29, where he provided ‘eerefutable forensic evidences’ of Indian involvement in terr0r attacks in Pakistan, evidences which could be examined by any credible independent agency. So we examined:

Pakistan’s absurd claims
Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry claimed that Indian military personnel are supplying explosives, finances, and logistical support to militants operating in Pakistan. Speaking at a press conference in Rawalpindi, he announced the arrest of Abdul Majeed, an alleged Indian-trained terrorist, from whom improvised explosive devices (IEDs), an Indian drone, and large sums of cash were recovered.
Pakistan’s evidence
Chaudhry presented purported “evidence”, including social media communications linking Majeed to Indian Army officers allegedly instructing him to target civilian areas. He asserted that India’s actions are part of a broader strategy to undermine Pakistan’s sovereignty through state-sponsored terrorism.
Chaudhry also criticised India for failing to “produce evidence” linking Pakistan to the Pahalgam attack.
